ACRYLIT
 
AcrylitGC is the only panel in the world manufactured with 100% Acrylic resin, Acrylic Gel Coat on both sides and fiberglass as reinforcement in a continuous process. Here are some of the characteristics that put AcrylitGC above the rest.

Light Transmission - Since AcrylitGC is made up of 100% Acrylic resin along with Acrylic Gel Coat, the light transmission values remain stable over the course of many years.  This panel is guaranteed to have a maximum loss of 8% light transmission after 10 years.  In addition, this panel offers a unique characteristic, which is Diffusion of Light.  This results in a more uniform natural illumination across the building.

No Yellowing/No Fiber bloom - Due to the Acrylic Gel Coat, this panel has a minimal amount of yellowing over the years, which maintains the stability of light transmission and physical specifications.  The Gel Coat protection gives the panel the best resistance against Fiber bloom in the industry.

Excellent Impact Resistance - AcrylitGC is unlike traditional Acyrlic domes.  The fiberglass reinforcement, available in either chopped or woven roving, enables AcrylitGC to maintain excellent impact and load characteristics.

Coefficient of Expansion - One of the problems with traditional skylights is leaking.  AcrylitGC closely resembles the coefficient of linear expansion to that of cold-rolled steel, which results in No Leaks!

Applications

AcrylitGC is an engineered construction solution for the Metal Building Market.  It is used in applications such as skylights and sidelights to maximize the use of natural lighting.

It is available in multiple configurations such as: R-Panel; 7.2x1.5 Rib; Ridgecap; and Standing Seam.

Polylit
 
Polylit GC is made up of acrylic and polyester resins with a special Gel Coat protective coating. This protective coating gives the panel greater resistance to UV rays, therefore maximizing the use of natural light over longer periods of time.

Applications

Polylit GC is made up of MMA and Polyester resins with UV stabilizers.  This formulation gives the panel greater resistance to UV Rays, therefore maximizing the use of natural light over longer periods of time.  Polylit GC can be used in a variety of applications such as greenhouses, patio covers, carports, awnings and other applications where natural light is preferred.  Glasteel panels go up easily for professional results for the first time.  They are easy to install in any type of construction.  No special tools are needed for installation.

Glasliner FRP
 
Glasteel is a manufacturer of fiberglass reinforced panels for wall and ceiling applications. some common applications for FRP are bathrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, food-processing areas, storage rooms and other areas where sanitation is a requirement.

Glasteel's process uses a special type of high strength polyester resin combined with fiberglass reinforcement to produce liner panels offering superior quality and durability. The result is a panel with a resin rich surface than is rough, strong and easy to clean.

AR-Liner
 
Ag-Liner is a panel designed to line the interiors of agricultural buildings and provide excellent resistance against harsh environments. The special formulation allows the panel to maintain its physical appearance while avoiding yellowing and panel deterioration. The finish allows this panel to stand up to aging caused by humidity and pollutants. Ag-Liner is a lightweight panel that is easy to install offering savings on labor costs.
