Our commercial product line consists of the Magnum Torch, modi-drains, vents, scuppers, pipe collars, trowels and the renova drain.

All of these products are manufactured specifically for use with the following roof systems: modified bitumen APP, cold applied SPS, Peel & Stick, BUR, EPDM and PVC.

Magnum Torch
 
The Magnum Torch is specifically designed for use with modified bitumen and has been in use all over the world for more than 25 years. It was the first torch to feature a wind resistent electronic starter.

The Magnum Torch assembly is completly U.L. listed.

Modi Drains and Vents
 

Modi Vent
Modi Vent has been manufacured specifically for use with modified bitumen (APP or SBS) and BUR.
Modi Vent allows the evaporation of moisture in new and existing built-up roofing systems. It eliminates blistering, cracking and loosening of membrane joints caused by trapped condensation.
Keep insulation dry and does not allow the moisture to decrease the thermal efficiency of the roof insulation.

Modi Vent Features:

  • Adheres perfectly to modified bitumen and hot asphalt.
  • Ribbed flange.
  • Easy to work with.
  • Flexible and will not break the membrane.
  • One piece (no-weld) construction eliminates the possibility of leakage.
  • Made of thermoplastic compound. Resistant to ultraviolet rays and weather.

Modi Drain

The Modi Drain is a new concept in flat roof drainage. Its composition & design make it easily suitable for every application from new construction to reroofing and roof maintenance.
The Modi Drain gasket-type union has been designed to prevent costly defects and serious problems associated with conventional type drain unions.

Modi Drain Features:

  • The Modi Drain has been manufactured specifically for use with modified bitumen membrane (APP or SBS) and BUR.
  • Its one piece (no-weld) construction eliminates the possibility of leakage.
  • The Modi Drain's ribbed flange face ensures positive adhesion to waterproofing membrane. The press-fit spigot includes two angular seal rings that prevent damage to the waterproofing system due to "hydraulic jump" and vapor penetration.
  • The Modi Drain has been made of indestructible, non-corrodible, flame resistant material which offers a high degree of resistance to the action of sun (U.V. rays), ozone and other atmospheric and chemical elements. Its flexibility makes it easy to install in different positions and low temperatures.

Modi-Bowl Drain

Similar to the Modi Drain, the Modi Bowl Drain is designed for connecting downspouts on all types of roofs, and comes with a "gravel guard" type cover which secures with a ring.

Modi Bowl Drain Features:

  • One piece (no-weld) construction eliminates the possibility of leaks.
  • Wide, ribbed flange allowes for secure seal between membrane plies (smooth flange available for synthetic membrane roof systems).
  • Gravel guard ring has three rows of grooves, permitting height adjustment.
  • "Bowl" type design accommodates heavy rainfall flow.

Modi Scupper

The Modi Scupper is a versatile drain-outlet which can be used for both inside and outside drains and for horizontal drains with free waterfall. Designed for parapets with 90 degree angle, the Modi Scupper has been manufactured specifically for use with modified bitumen (App or SBS) and BUR.

Modi Scupper Features:

  • The Modi Scupper protects your waterproofing work-water flows over the scupper keeping the flashing membrane underneath permanently dry.
    •
  • Installs like common metal scuppers but won't rust, corrode, warp or decay.
  • Ribbed flange; membrane seals securely to the Modi Scupper.
  • One piece (no-weld) construction eliminates the possibility of leakage.
  • Lightweight and economical.

    • Also available:

  • Modi Angle Scupper (45 degree angle) for use over cantstrip. Use in new construction whenever cantstrip is used.
